It can directly translate Windows games, so as long as your Mac computer has enough configuration, you can play any game that can be played on Windows. However, it requires the system to be macOS Sonoma, which is still in the testing phase and will be officially released in October this year. So users who are already in the testing phase can try it out first.
No Restrictions#
If you don't want tools that restrict chips or systems, besides Steam, there is also one called Itch. It is the world's largest independent game platform, and there are also over 100,000 Mac games for you to play. Just like Steam, it has a Mac client, and you can directly download and launch games in it.
There are many free games in it. You may wonder why every game seems to require payment. Actually, it is asking if you want to donate. If you don't want to spend money, just choose "No thanks".
